It is reported that the contents of the project include "no waste" knowledge lectures, practical activities, equipped with waste classification hardware facilities, etc., to promote students to participate in "waste free" knowledge learning and practice activities, and promote the source reduction and resource utilization of domestic waste. At the same time, the project will pilot the "waste free" smart community, implement the "waste free" propaganda from the concept and consciousness to the actual action, and build a green "waste free" lifestyle of the whole people. It is estimated that the project will directly cover and affect more than 500000 students and community residents.

Relying on the national policy of waste classification and circular economy, as well as the platform and resources of the publicity and education center of the Ministry of ecological environment, the "waste free public education alliance" is committed to building a communication, cooperation and action platform for waste management and resource recycling among the government, enterprises, scholars, the public and social organizations, so as to promote China's waste management, circular economy and low-carbon economy To develop.
