How can Party organizations at all levels of the Ministry of Ecological Environment consciously use the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and the requirements of the Party Central Committee's deployment to unify ideas and actions, find gaps, find problems and fill shortcomings, and effectively promote the theme education of "not forgetting the original intention and remembering the mission"?

On July 17, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment convened the Second Promotion Meeting on the theme of "Never Forget Your Beginning and Keep Your Mission in mind", in conjunction with the recent Circular on Seriously Learning and Implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Speech at the Party Building Work Conference of the Central and State Organs issued by the Central Leading Group on the theme of "Never Forget Your Beginning and Keep Your Mission in mind" It requires us to study and understand the spirit and essence of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech in depth, to make a comparative analysis, and to effectively rectify and implement the outstanding problems in political construction, ideological construction, organizational construction, style construction and discipline construction.

At the meeting, comrades in charge of Party organizations from 15 departments and units introduced respectively the progress, main problems, future plans and suggestions of thematic education in their units. Relevant comrades in charge of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment said that since the implementation of self-directed topic education, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment has carried out in-depth study and education in strict accordance with the requirements of the Party Central Committee's deployment, conducted serious investigations and studies, strictly inspected problems, and vigorously carried out rectification and reform, and achieved positive results and progress. The leading group of the Ministry took the lead in concentrating on study and discussion, sinking down to carry out research, lecturing special Party lessons, widely listening to opinions and suggestions, rectifying and resolving them one by one, and resolutely preventing formalism and bureaucracy.

In view of the imbalance in the progress of thematic education and the phenomenon of "dragonflies dotting water, dotting to the end", the meeting requires all departments and units to promote thematic education with high quality and efficiency. According to the requirements of the central deployment and the specific arrangements of the Ministry of Ecological Environment, the temporary Party branches of each supervision group should take into account the actual supervision work.
